Contact the Salvation Army in your area, ask for help. They have a long term housing program for at risk youths that you can probably get into, and as long as your not a complete piece of shit you will do fine. Living in one of those places you will meet the dregs of society, but also if your willing people will help you.
Secondly get a job and get an education, you don't need to go to college or some shit, find a trade that you can do and put your all into it.
Tyler is great as it's an anti-social trade for the most part anyways and it pays well, but there are loads of others that are great and don't require much interaction.
Finally stay away from drugs, stay away from criminals, and stay away from hippies and leftists. These people will abuse you and rot your brain, or just fuck up your life even further.
Last desperation, enlist in the military. Sure it's not ideal, but it will pay for you, make you learn some character, and give you access to education. Sure you may have to kill some sand niggers for Uncle Sam, but the military has been one of the greatest promoters in the US of working class poor to middle class, because of it's education programs.
Being responsible takes work, but your young and you can learn. But you have to be willing to put the work in. So man up, make a decision, make peace with your parents, and try to live a good life.
