if it isn't catching on stuff/causing pressure then i clean the area and cover it with duct tape or moleskin, making sure to take it off at night to breath.
if it has already torn and is flapping, i trim the ragged edges, clean the area, cover the whole blister area with clean gauze or tissue, and cover the outside with duct tape or moleskin
