>>1332698Yeah all you need is an AC. Even still I'm ok sleeping in 85-90F (30C), that's the usual night time low here in summer, and I don't run my AC through the night like some other people do. It does get up to 70% humidity when a monsoon storm passes through then goes back to low humidity the next day, but they only happen during 1-2 months out of the year.
Just put a fan on you or let a breeze in if you don't have AC, and drink more water than you think you need. Out here in the desert by the time you feel thirsty, your body is actually already pretty dehydrated and giving you a delayed reaction to drink more water.
