Personally I still have youth friends but like most they have moved with their lives and things will never be like when we were 15 that we passed the entire week together playing sports or doing random shit. Some are now married others have kids but even before that they were never /out/ people so you only have a few choices, find new friends that share the same tastes, get lucky and find some nice girl or enjoy your own company, thoughts and try to have a good time alone.
I'm not going to lie, being always by yourself can get tiresome sometimes, other times can even be awkward if you're the only guy alone in a somewhat social activity but who gives a shit. I take that over doing shit that I take no enjoyment on, like playing videogames or being a braindead retard waiting for the next black Friday to arrive so I can buy useless shit or something.
You're who you are and sure you can get new buddies but even then it will never be like shitposting irl with friends that you have met when you were a kid.
I'm typing all of this while I'm alone on a beach surrounded by couples, families and other people left and right, it's not like they give a fuck about you either.
