For me ambient electronic like boards of canada of aphex twin's selected ambient works is where it's at because the peacefullness/not a lot happening all at once reminds me of nature.

If you want some maybe more accessible music try this.

It sounds pretty outdoorsy for what it's worth and has many nature themes. I would also highly recommend his album Illinoise, it's my GOAT.

This particular type of singing is called "kulning" and is used to call livestock from great distances. It was particularly used by people living in fäboddrift in Scandinavia, driving livestock greater distances in forests or fells.

I'm not overly enthusiastic about this type of music sung in English though. I'd much prefer Icelanic/Swedish/Danish/Norweigan/Finnish/German even if it means I'm missing out on half the lyrics.

No particular reason other than it doesn't really hit home. Plus most bands who sing in English usually just go for the whole Norse mythology take on it with Manowar-tier cringeworthy lyrics (usually "hammer", "sword", "ancestors", "Allfather" or "Thor" appearing in every song)
