First id seriously reccomend 1 frying pan and 1 deeper pan for shit like rice, pasta and soups. seriously. eating fried food for days on end gets kind of boring. The pot can be used for washing dishes in afterwords, and also to store "kitchen" crap inside while going from A to B.
BREAKFASTS
Apples, Bananas, peanut butter, Oats, Trail Mix. Add water, maybe some curry spices if yer feelin fancy, get porridge. eat hot or cold.
DINNER
rice, pasta, onions, beans, potatoes, some tins of fish, or dried fish, cured meats. Add shit like nettles, borage, wild lettuce, whatever edibles you find when camping... mix and match all of the above til your hearts content. If ye know what youre doing, you can make soups. stews. pastas. curry. chili and other delicious shit.
EXTRAS (you only need a little of each)
A mix of spices for variety in flavors, salt, pepper, oil, sugar/honey, stock cubes, a chocolate bar. a loaf of hearty bread.
