Looking for recommendations on suitable jackets to withstand unpredictable Scottish weather. So we're talking rain, wind, snow etc.

Have seen positive reviews for the North Face APEX FLEX GTX® 2.0 JACKET, see pic attached, but the price is quite high.

Also open to idea of military surplus jackets. I just don't want camouflage designs, it needs to be suitable for urban and wilderness adventures.
