Hey guys.

I absolutely adore the outdoors, but my bf freaks out any second a single bug gets near him. Moans and bitches any time we do something fun like climbing or hiking.

We're together because we both love video games and he's very romantic, loving, and funny, but I sometimes wish he wasn't such a homebody.

I don't have any friends because I'm shy and quiet, so I pretty much have to do all the outdoorsy stuff alone or with my dogs. So I don't do it much.

I'm trying to figure out what I should do...how do I meet new people with similar interests?

I'm not about to go camping with some strangers...I've never even been camping because my family hates it. Depresses me.
