>>133971It's not even on there. The Ozark mountains of Missouri and Arkansas is where I call home. Crysyal-clear, spring fed streams everywhere that you can see to the bottoms of, steep hills covered in temperate vegetation, exposed rock for interesting glades and shut-ins, wildlife everywhere, water everywhere, coyotes baying at night, spring peepers around ponds, and mild winters.
That said, I live in Utah now and I'll take the northern Rockies as my second favorite, albeit for different reasons.
