"Fresh and local" ingredients in their "uniquely-crafted" (IE something a culinary arts student threw together to impress their teacher that would barely pass as food in the real world) dishes, craft beer, folk art, etc. Their lunch/dinner menu was pretty crap; too vegan.
I was at the bar because I was alone and they had limited table space. A couple came in for what looked like a first date and sat a couple stools down; Dudebro Boomer in his 30's with what could only be a single mom, judging from her arm tats. She got one of the $25 cocktails. He got a $3 can of Blue fucking Ribbon.
The one time I went back at their brunch time was godly though. They cook a mean steak and eggs.
