>>1340940This, there's at least 3 decent sized forest fires every single year in my state (Arizona). Currently there's 12 fires going on right now in Arizona (most of them under 20,000 acres), but you never hear about them in the news like the California fires because no one cares, because they happen every single year here. You can never stop them, they happen naturally. I took pic related, it's an 8,000 acre fire (very small) from last year's fire season.
Most fires are caused from high elevation lightning strikes in conifer forests since most of the mountain west is higher than 1km above sea level there are lots of lightning strikes in summer.
