I've dealt with that too, but it was mainly to coordinate when people were in town. I'd avoid planning too far in advance because when people inevitably flake or shit goes sideways all that planning comes to naught.

i might have the same problem next weekend, OP.
campsites are nearly fully booked all summer so we had to book our spot a couple of months ago. got 2 storms coming supposed to hit "sometime this week"
