>>1342151Packing food is pretty easy
>one medium can/package/serving of meat per person per day >enough light bulky food to trick your stomach into thinking your not hungry even if your on a deficit After you satisfy that take into account how severe a deficit you are willing to run and for how long, consider adding more calorie dense food
>lard/oil/butter/other fat>protein powder>sweetened condensed milk >peanut butter Once you know you calories are in order it's just about comfort choices. They usually don't weigh much and leave you feeling great. Throw in a small piece of candy or a mio bottle or something.
Personally I don't really care what I eat as long as I am getting within 1500 of my tdee, but if you are a picky eater then you can really have fun with it. Rice with sweetened condensed milk is amazing, particularly for breakfast. You can throw some pearl barely in your pack in place of rice and make a very nice dinner soup. Insant mashed potatoes go with everything. Pasta packs are cheap and plentiful. Ramen can be spiced up with a pack of chicken/salmon/tuna to make a very nice dinner.
Just go to Walmart look around the grocery section and figure out different things that work for you.
