It's ironic that dodge with cummins or any other diesel truck has better mpg than their V8 gas counterpart or even 1/2 ton truck, until now they introduced the ecoboost; if it was v6 turbo diesel the mpg would 1.5 to twice that. Also, on the eco side, it takes less water and energy to produce diesel as opposed to gasoline.
