sleeping pad and down quilt. barely needed the quilt, as the nights were warm. might be a little cooler, now, because when i was there in July, the weather was hotter than usual. long pants are recommended because of hella poison oak along the trails! so watch out for that. might want to bring a wind shell, and def a warm layer.
like i was saying, there are a couple places to find water. the stony ridge trail has a good, fast-flowing stream after a few miles, or you might find some stagnant stuff in the flat proper
