>>1352812You remind me of me anon and this is how I fix't it.
For me, it made a huge difference when I incorporated other hobbies with my /out/ings. For example, if you love to paint or sketch, spend a big chunk of your time doing that (and do fewer miles/spend more time at camp/etc). Some other ideas are bird/insect watching, plant identification, photography, field recording, astronomy stuff, etc. When I go /out/ with friends you can't spend as much time doing solitary things but I always try to do something that'll create good memories - have a plan or something fun/special to make the effort worthwhile to them. Could be a special meal I planned, or some fresh creepypasta, or decide that we're going on a spoopy midnight walk far away from camp.
Finally, and this will likely solve 70% of your problem, get a hammock.
Pic silly but related - one dreary October night I brought a punkin out with us to liven the camp up a bit, and we told stupid scary stories and got drunk and walked it way out to the top of a hill in the middle of the night and propped it up on a rock with the candle still burning hoping someone would find it.
