This is not Trolling. I <think> the 4channer who posted this pic was serious. They seemed proud of their hard work assembling this emergency kit.
If it is a joke, it is pretty funny. Otherwise, it is hilarious.
In spite of that, it does attempt to build a 72 hour/bug-out kit.
