Does anyone else find it hard to shit outdoors?
I've heard of "forest constipation" wherein your body decides that there's no toilet so you just won't shit.
This is supposed to be a subconscious thing that happens because you're not comfortable outside enough to poop but I've always been comfy as fuck in the forest.
Why can't I take a decent shit to save my life?
It's gotten to the point where going on a weekend backpacking trip results in me coming home with 3+ days of poop saved that comes out in an evening.
