>>1361893Hello, femanon. I don't have any friends, male or female, so I just tag along with my brother's friends.
I'm addicted to hikes or climbs with a lot of exposure. That's all I look for in a hike anymore. My hiking group is ok with that. I have one day off a week, and that night we set off at midnight and are on a peak at sunrise. Almost always nap in the sun at some point on the return. Fucking live for that one night and day of that week (very literally).
I guess to address the point of your post, I'm not sure why so much fewer women go out camping/ hiking. Last climb we did we saw very few females, and if they were out, they were with a boyfriend. idk. Maybe because we're naturally weaker, climbing is less fun? But I mean, working out can be fun on a bike or shorter, more intense hikes, so I just have no idea. I see more women on hiking trails. But the number is still low.
desu, I don't care, because as a typical female, I like being surrounded by a bunch of dudes. I'd rather hear someone complain about their itchy balls rather than complain how cold they are because they elected to wear thin ass leggings on a wind blasted mountain 14,000 feet up. And the last group of girls I ran on to on a peak were all thrilled they had signal and proceeded to take turns posing and photographing, then posting, and generally filling up the peace with noise and movement, while everyone else ate their jerky and watched the sunrise. Fooking hell. I even get fucking whiffs of body spray when passing some.
I mean, there are lots of chill ones too though.
