Where can I go go live off the grid, preferably with a community of English speaking expats? I've seen a youtube video of a community like this before but I'm not sure where to find more information

I've been wanting to try a commune out for a while they must be hard to find because when I met fellow hitchhikers in the states that had spent years travelling they didnt even know any.

But I think a huge problem with communes is women. If theres no woman, its gonna turn everybody insane. Finding enough woman that would actually want to join is gonna be hard enough and then getting a good balance and enough of both genders so nobody feels restricted with one person. If there is 1 woman and 10 guys you best know that that 1 woman is going to fuck about and see who she likes the most causing rifts between the men, the commune has to thwart any jealousy and tension.

My ideal community would be a co-op. A company of multi-trade, meat eating hard-cocked Jeffersonian niggas.
Every man with his own household on a good number of acres. Every decision put to a vote.
Welders, diesel mechanics, loggers, ranchers etc. We'd take up the occasional job as it comes along. Multiple income streams.
Use heavy equipment, not labor to make the money. Excavation, demolition and property maintenance, milling lumber, industrial pressure washing, sand blasting, maybe a couple of contracts with the city.
Only shit that makes money. None of that selling live edge tables on etsy garbage.
