obviously you pack different things based on the length of your journey, but I'm talking camp food when you're only out for a day or three and the focus of the day is sitting around the fire getting drunk with buddies and eating more than you need to. I'm not looking to survive off nuts and berries and freeze dried soups. I'm looking for your tasty ass spam and beans, hobo stew, steak in a cast iron pan, favorite canned foods, and shit like that. I wanna hear old family recipes, preferred drinks, which spices and seasonings are always in your pack? How do you prepare your fresh caught fish? This has nothing to do with Hcore camping values, this is all about good eats and drink on a weekend camp. And to humor the fanatics, why don't you post your preferred peanut butter and pemmican flour tortillas just to make the rest of us aware how we're pussing out with our bacon and eggs on a seasoned pan with fresh percolated campfire coffee.
