Did you do Das Boot into the Subway? Either way it's an awesome canyon. I just got back from Robbers Roost, did Bluejohn and Larry canyons. Both were awesome, had a great time with friends. Now I'm off to Escalante or Zion.

It's pretty good man, Green River has amazing fishing for trout. We have lots of smaller rivers and high Alpine creeks that produce some decent sized but smaller trout. It's nothing compared to Idaho though.

i did left fork up and back so no alas i didnt get to see das boot. but i did see a lot of other parts of zion. its a pretty amazing place. not sure if you are from around there but give bryce a day trip and just fucking explore the whole thing. place is unreal. it snowed when we were in the caynon and made for some unforgettable walking.

You're probably right, but ocean shit seems kinda lame to me, but to each their own. I've done ocean fishing in Alaska, it was fun, but I strongly prefer to be on foot when /out/.

only commercially. i did a few cave repels in NZ when i was in undergrad and got good but since im a coastal flat lander now the opportunity does not really present itself often and i dont know if i trust my skills. the left fork was for my bachelor party and i got a pretty big swath of permits (i think there was 10 of us) so we had pretty much the entire run to our self. easily one of the best trips of my life

ocean is life! if you ever get the chance the ride a lobster boat out in west penobscott bay Maine or catamaran in vieques PR take it. life is pretty amazing on the water. I also grew up on the ocean so im biased.

but i fully concede utah has the best desert /out/.
