Lads, the bombings also acted as way to get people to read his manifesto; I mean in doing so he got the fucking New York Times to publish it, most likely getting hundreds of thousands to read his work. I mean, if he published it academically probably literally no one would read it.
Obviously, Ted thought that people reading it would automatically convince them, which evidently didn't work. Not condoning this method but it should be noted as one of his intentions.
