If you're a somewhat experienced sc/out/ but lack the funds to improve your winter gear, what should be your absolute priorities?

As of now I'm lacking a low temperature rated sleeping bag, my sleeping pad is a shitty 8mm foam one, no hardshell at all, my tent can suffice but not really, it weights like a motherfucker and is rather cheap so it will probably be blown into pieces in moderate wind and rain, no decent insulation upper body garment either but I can work around that with proper layering so not much of a problem. Budget is tight lads but I need to get that fixed because I want to go innamountains during this winter. Backpacking/camping tbw. Yelp.
