I got this tree in my backyard. Its been there for a hundred years from what the previous owner told me. Its larger than my house and provides great shade during the summer. About three years ago these Indians moved in. The father wants to build a garden. He has tried cutting off the limbs of the tree on his yard before, but didn't go through with it. He finally did this year though.

Now this guy is hated by the whole neighborhood and I want to ensure that nothing ever grows in his backyard. I need to know what's the best way to make this happen.
