Just a heads up, the box next to "I'm not looking for anything. I just want to show off my trip" isn't closed all the way.

Also, I have no idea what to do with the "other" box. Dragon dildos maybe?

How does a multitool serve compared to a fixed blade? was thinking of switching.

I've never had a multitool, but from what I understand, they're nice to have, but no replacement for a fixed blade.

I would say keep your knife, and get a multitool to keep in your pocket.

I would but I'm trying to minimize weight. Nothing is more liberating than being in the wilderness with hardly anything to carry and still know you can go anywhere and still have your food and shelter secured. Thus, it's either a multitool or a fixed blade for me.

Just a Next Avalon. A real cheap bike that only cost me about $100.

I'm definitely going to need an upgrade before I take it further than a 100 mile trip, but it works for now and it's easy to maintain.

You could think of them as serving different purposes, not competing with each other. Use a multitool for the tools or as a backup, but don't try to do tough cutting jobs with one if you can avoid it. I only take a multitool without a knife if I'm going somewhere I might get caught, since the tool gives you plausible deniability.
