I do mostly one or two nighters and in that case it's easy
Day 1: frozen chicken sticks (usually I do sriracha/teriyaki) and even sausages or shrimp
Day 2: dehydrated meals, apple sauce, canned foods, powdered eggs, dried/cured meats

and some booze

There is something about hungarian goulash that makes it taste like shit when it's cooked over an open fire. Lecsó is simpler, quicker to prepare and allows for more variety in the recipe.
