Hey /out/, /k/ommando here, are ATVs and Dirtbikes /out/ related? If so lets see your ride. Also where abouts you ride.

I ride mostly around Alleghany in NY and PA.

My quad. Banshee with bolt ons and play port.

Mostly mountains/woods... some highway, some singletrack, even MX tracks on occasion.

Bikes are WAY easier (and cheaper) to maintain compared to snowmobiles.

dirtbikes are fine. ATV's are for farmers, pipeliners and ranchers. If you use an ATV for recreation then I've got some bad news.

There's a difference between sport ATVs and the bulkier... multipurpose I guess I would call them, ATVs. Also you forgot lifeguards.

Dualsports are teh gay. I had a new KLR for about 6 months. It was geared way too slow for highway speeds. It was also geared way too fast for climbing over rocks in serious off-roading. I wrecked the motor case and frame on rocks in an easy stream crossing. I was glad to see that POS hauled off. 300 miles on it.
