Can someone red pill me on how difficult this hike actually is? I looked at the stats on paper and it's about 1,700 ft of elevation gain over 1.9 miles which is pretty steep but far "the hardest thing on earth". All the websites say that it takes at least 2 hours to summit which sounds like bullshit. I've done 2,300 feet over 2.7~ miles before and it only took 70 minutes.

TL;DR Why are new englanders such pussies?
