Is there anywhere where I can find that serie without spending a shitload of money?

I've found the complete new edition on amazon for 180€ shipping included.

And the first 9 books of the first edition on ebay for 200€.

I know there are pdf around, but I'd like to find the books for a reasonable price.

I have that book! Same old cover. Got it from my Grandma's books. It's awesome tons of stuff nice illustrations. Pairing that with a book of local wild edibles and you have some serious knowledge.
