>>1397779I used to run half marathons in high 90s weather. And then I would walk another twelve miles back. Walking 20 miles in 104 degree weather doesn’t sound terrible to me. I would just make sure to drink lots of water the night before and of course have lots of water that day. If I wear so much as a straw ten gallon, gym shorts, a t shirt, and a cowboy scarf, I can just literally sweat it out. Don’t even need to remember sunscreen, all the parts that don’t tan well are covered.
People think I’m comfortable in the cold but I really start to tap out at the low 10s.
