Does anyone have practical /vanlife/ advice for someone who is not a dirtbag?
The housing market in my area is insane, you'd need half a million for a small 2/2 condo. My wife and I have been renting at $2,600 a month, both of us work remotely and are pretty minimalist. However, everything I find seems to be people in their early 20s going out and skimping by, hopping from place to place.
We want to continue our current life to some extent - working on our computers, enjoying nice experiences and living comfortably - but do so with dramatically reduced expenses, if only for a year or two.
