>>1409435>Dunno why people find it that hard to understandLet me break this down for you.
>most of the people on the internet in general are young (mean age 28)>most young people have very little disposable income>4chan in general is populated by people who are both young and generally incapable of landing and keeping career-worthy jobs, due to any number of or a combination of mental illness, lack of age, lack of maturity, lack of education, criminal history, recreational drug use, and/or extremist views.>people who cannot land and keep career-worthy jobs do not have disposable income>/out/ specifically caters to the destitute, homeless, and mentally ill ON TOP of all the other indicators of having no discretionary income that being on 4chan on the internet entailPoor people either actually can't afford or believe they can't afford multiple pairs of footwear separate from their normal wardrobe for a hobby.
At least on 4chan, >50% of the people claiming you only need light shoes for everything are Fox and Grapes-ing it because they can't or won't afford a second pair. The remainder are a mix of people lying on the internet for attention or parroting shit they read on 4chan they took as truth because they have no personal experience to guide them.
