Course: ~250€
Exam: 50€
Joining a Club:
onetime: 100-400€
yearly: 200-300€
Clubs allow you to fish in nearby lakes and rivers, but (I wouldn't do this) fishing at night on remote locations[like down a river, unacessable by car] and noone will notice. Germany makes this harder for its dense populated country, but in countries like poland or russia. Some countries barely even regulate it.
