Super sharp, short and sturdy. There are longer Variants but I don't think for opening and bleeding the fish you'll need that.

Obv I'd need smth else for filleting

Mora also have a dedicated fishing knife, go with that. Comfortable rubberized handle with high quality stainless steel blade.

Elk Ridge knives are made out of pretty cheap steel, so not the best for processing fish (or anything really).
