And even if that are the case at individual levels there's nothing wrong with it either, being in great shape takes work, motivation and compromise, it's not something that just happen, if you look at the general population you can clearly see that. So yeah, if you work for something, in this case being fit, there's nothing wrong with being proud of your achievements.
I could otherwise say that fat women/people are disgusting, lazy, dumb sacks of shit, and that would be wrong too. Life is fucked up, people have different personalities and making blanket statements in this day and age, when you can see people from all walks of life doing different or the same things, accordingly to their taste.
