other racial groups closer to the equator breed like zerg. africans make babies that they can't possibly care for, no matter how dire their circumstances and few their resources. some will survive, some will starve on the street (more r-selected).
this breeding strategy and the higher average IQ of whites were a response to tough winters further from the equator. nobody and certainly not any young offspring would survive without careful planning, deferral of gratification and greater intelligence on the part of it's members. it isn't the only thing pushing increasing IQ these days, but it was a start.
