>Slope and aspectWhat is the angle of the dangle down the side of the hill and which way are things facing. This is mostly preference and can affect whether you can install solar or a garden. On that note soil quality can be asked about or tested for.

>What the property is actually zoned forShould be residential, and should be disclosed by seller/realtor but it's never a bad idea to check with the county.
>Utilities and how you're hooked upWho are the providers, are there hookups, are they underground wireless etc. Realtor should know this.
