I must say
Nothing beats my current place.
The winter gets snow every year, but only truly ices over in a dangerous way once every few years.
The summer never seems to get more than about 105, and that's few and far between. Mostly the summer is the 90s (which is a dream compared to the 113 degree summers of the gulf coast)
All sorts of animals. Opossum, Hawks, Buzzards, Cayotes, Snakes, Rabbits, Mice, Armadillos, Squirrels, Owls, Bluejays, Warblers, and much more.
Also, the spring is GREEN, the fall is RED, and we have real seasons
