Okay /out/ I'm in need for a new extra warm jacket, i was under the impression that parka's were the warmest jackets around, my question is, why are they mostly 550 fill power down, why not 850? Is there any reason for this? And also, why do so few outdoor companies actually make parka's? I just want an incredibly warm jacket, weight doesn't matter, I've got my mountain hardwear ghost whisperer for when I'm actually hiking, which is warm enough when I'm moving with a good fleece under it.
