>"A person may use deadly force under subsection 3, paragraph B only if the person first demands the person against whom such deadly force is to be used to terminate the criminal trespass and the trespasser fails to immediately comply with the demand, unless the person reasonably believes that it would be dangerous to the person or a 3rd person to make the demand.">..."unless the person reasonably believes that it would be dangerous to the person or a 3rd person to make the demand."Basically you should try to tell them to fuck off, but you don't have to if you think it'll put you in danger.
Section 104 and 108 go into this in length. A prosecutor would have a hard time proving you didn't verbally warn anyway, as long as you kept your mouth shut and lawyered up when the cops show up. Which you should be doing anyway regardless of you breaking a law or not.

>cannot carry anywhere in the Capitol region regardless of land ownership, including on your own propertyGenuine curious on this one. Got a link? My understanding is that this is for the State buildings, not the entire City of Augusta.
>cannot drink while armed, BAC of anything but a 0.00=felony(17-A M.R.S. §1057) Only in "Establishments licensed for on-premises consumption of liquor", and it is only illegal if you're "under the influence of intoxicating liquor".
