You don't need guylines, imo they take away the experience of sleeping in a hammock. You also don't need a ground sheet. You can use a top/bottom quilt setup, but you don't need to.
If you want to save on costs and use the setup described above, the only thing that's different from a tent setup is the tarp and hammock. And you'll save a lot of weight not carrying poles and stakes.
If mosquitoes annoy you, just put a shirt or towel over your head, hanging from the ridgeline. The sleeping bag will keep off the bugs from the rest of your body.

I carry two 5m straps (16 feet), so the trees can be up to 10m apart (32 feet), give or take the circumference of the trees and the length of your hammock. You don't need a protractor, because you can ignore the 30° rule if you have a ridgeline.
