Babe, bring toilet paper, a small trowel and wet wipes. Bury them after use at least 6" down. I use wet wipes every day to keep fresh also good for pits and feet if you don't have access to water to wash in.

If possible, use sphagnum moss to conserve resources and leave no trace. Wiping with sphag is godly, and since you're using it right where you found it you just drop douk, wipe, toss and walk away.

Sassafras leaves are excellent, very durable and afterwards for about an hour it feels like a light coating of biofreeze on your anus. If not available maple leaves are good because they are soft and supple but you have to triple ply them because they tear easily.

Wet wipe tech has also vastly improved, it's easy to find wipes with no plastics that break up quickly. Being buried covered in feces in otherwise natural soil is literally the ideal biodegradation scenario for ww's and tp.
