I always hate on trekking pole fags when I encounter them on the trail. (Always polite and friendly to their face, that's just common sense and courtesy; but I silently disapprove of their faggotry). I side with Edward Abbey in the philosophy that if your own two feet are unable to take you to certain wild and natural areas, then maybe you should stay the fuck out of those areas. Anyhoo,

>be me moving to a much smaller studio and needing to conserve space
>be me shedding a tear as I threw out my trusty tent of 15 years (It's okay, I have a new one)
>find trek poles that were given to me as a thank you gift for being a volunteer to a non-profit that organizes outdoor activities for vets and disabled people

tl,dr: Should I hang on to these trek poles or trash them? Am I missing something when I think that they're gay?
