Scotland has some of the most progressive rights to roam outside of Scandinavia. People can walk, light fires and camp anywhere they like on that land, as long as it's not right next to your house. Even the lake may have universal fishing rights. You can thoroughly expect people to be walking all over it all year round.

And if that's Glenlyon, as the ad says, there isn't a really private loch anywhere near there. That looks a bit like Loch Lyon, (Which is an artificial loch, just out of shot to the right should be a bit dam) and you can see the trails in the photo that go round each side. It's a pretty close easy walk from a main road, and that area is really popular with campers. I know, because I've been there wild camping for a few days.

There is no such thing as private land in Scotland, the land belongs to the people, is the principle.
