Bike noob here I just moved to a new neighborhood, where I'm now in close proximity to work, restaurants, and grocery stores, and I'm looking to buy a tricycle (with storage basket) to use my car less and get more exercise while going to all these places Looking at the various tricycles, they come with 20", 24", or 26" tires What's the difference? Is one faster? Is one easier to pedal? Is one better for tall people?

You'll likely get more and better responses to bicycle specific, non /out/ related questions on /n/. My only suggestion would be to at least look into two wheeled bikes with front and rear racks. I have a loaded touring bike that I've used to haul logs on, even. I'm tempted to say trikes are for faggots, but I recognize that they have their own zen and contextual place. They will be pretty wide, and in many places the law is for bicycles to use the roads rather than sidewalks. Anyway, head to /n/ with this one for better results.

Hey OP. I have owned many different kinds of bikes in all sorts of weights and configurations and tire sizes. I use my bike to commute, to shop, to exercise, to make my way into the outdoors loaded down with camping gear. I haven't owned a tricycle myself, but having ridden a buddy's over the course of a week, I gotta recommend strongly against a fuckin trike. Less maneuverable, heavier, harder to store, less aftermarket options for gearing and wheels and such. That said, my recommendation for someone looking for SERIOUS CARGO would be something like a cargo bike with the extended rear end. I myself greatly prefer an all terrain touring bike with perhaps 50-60mm semi-slick tires, front and rear racks with 'shopping bag' panniers for town stuff or big cargo panniers for innawoods. If I'm going somewhere actually gnarly or going less than like 30 miles I'll ride my steel frame fat bike because it is literally invincible. Tldr don't get a fuckin trike man

where can I get one?
Madsen Maskingevær !!o9Rj2xAYif5
>>1465784 sadly no, just some nettle cord and a wet wipe if i remember right
>>1466171 not cheap, but i did the dumb thing of buying the bike first and then having it upgraded to electric. somewhere in the ballpark of 15.000+ DKK definitely, i run a LifeLine 1500 lumen front light on my handle bars too, and a GPS mount for use with my phone, been thinking of getting some battery christmas lights to wrap around the barrel for kicks.
still cheaper then public transport. and a whole fuck of a lot faster

>>1465690 >100% real OK then, here's the deal. Originally I intended to add that to the list of tripfag/uses trekking poles and such with "checks out", but this bicycle business completes the whole picture in a beautiful new light for me. I now formally apologize for giving you shit, because after imagining you actually riding that thing around, composited with everything else I know of you, I see that you are a legit full blown autist retard, for which I have nothing but deep, sincere respect. I think you should start doing YouTube videos. You've also been an admirable sport of it all, bless you.
