>wintersthey were very beautiful and I love the snow, very comfy, but just really not a lot to do other than taking walks and snowriding, ice fishing is pretty boring
>beat the snowI switch in between residential and commercial construction job sites, I get slammed with jobs from contractors and it's pretty much a money grab during the warmer months and extremely slow during the winter
>cultureI really shouldn't have to sit here and explain culture to you, but yet I will, because if the southern schools suck, i can't imagine how bad they are in the midwest
Culture is a specific place's identity, it's the characteristics and knowledge of a particular group of people, encompassing language, religion, cuisine, social habits, music and arts.
So for Texas, it'd be the bigger than life and polite mentality, howdy y'all, bless your heart, heavy christians, with big steaks, guns, and country music
For New Orleans, it's the "everything's a party" and laid back and happy mentality, laissez les bon temps rouler(let the good times roll), people literally speak fucking french in the city, our laid back catholicism is the staple of our biggest holiday, Mardis Gras, to have a huge party and sin as much as you can before Lent, it's the city of jazz, beignets, crawfish, poboys and the best collective food in the US, yeah the niggers kinda ruin it, but they kinda add to it too
that's culture, something that is violently apparent about the location that you can't find anywhere else in the US, to me midwest culture doesn't bring anything new or exciting to the table
