Salmonella, Shigella, Yersinia, Campylobacter, Aeromonas, Candida, E. coli, Cryptosporidium, Entamoeba histolytica, Intestinal parasites which all can be passed via human fecal matter.
I wasn't discounting the threat of a virulent pathogen, but simply reminding people that those pathogens that have evolved to be human pathogens tend to be a little more of a threat when people don't use basic sanitary steps to avoid transmission.
