I think I am going to shoot for a lake. Colchuck Lake near Leavenworth looks like a good option, doesn't get above 5,600' and will be doable probably even without any spikes from what the reports say.
Now I just need to pick the rental car with the highest clearance lol. Going to pick a backup trail incase the road is closed or impossible.
Hopefully I can see some goats! Will they be active at all this time of the year?
