Anyone here ever lived in a trailer/5th wheel/teardrop camper....etc. (NOT a luxury boomer RV)? I am planning on getting one this year to live out of permanently. I want to live more simply, closer to nature, and learn how to do more for myself. I am currently based in FL but planning to move to Montana later in the year.
Has anyone ever lived in one for long periods of time? What was your experience? What are the pros/cons of different types? What were your monthly expenses like? How much work is it to maintain?
I've had a couple people tell me they are a lot of work to maintain and not worth it, but those were fat rich boomers so I take it with a grain of salt.
